Summary:
Works collaboratively with many areas of BetterMynd (Marketing, Product, Sales, Campus Success) to ensure high levels of campus adoption pre-sales. Responsible for providing subject-matter expertise to Sales and providing thought leadership for development of product and services. Strategic role which requires initiative and provides autonomy and flexibility. Ideal for a seasoned, passionate higher education professional looking to make a national impact.

Responsibilities:
•Provide presales support to assigned sales partners in the form of subject-matter expertise, needs analysis, platform messaging, product demonstrations and campus example sharing.
•Design and deliver trainings and resources in order to develop sales team members’ capacity regarding higher education and the BetterMynd clinical services.
•Coach sales team members on how to match campus environments and needs to BetterMynd services.
•Review and contribute to written proposals and plans to ensure that messaging is consistent, accurate, and positioned for our success.
•Maintain and share a high level of knowledge about higher education and mental health & wellness industry research, trends, and advancement in order to represent BetterMynd as a thought leader.
•Generate content for marketing efforts such as blog posts, webinars, podcasts, white papers, research publications, conference proposals, and social media engagement.
•Design and deliver presentations for internal and external events.
•Provide expert feedback and assistance with the development of product development, product marketing, and sales campaigns.
•Design and execute professional services engagements as initiated or assigned.
•Other tasks as assigned.

Education:
•Terminal degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) preferred

Qualifications/Experience:
• 5+ years of on-campus experience in a counseling center role is strongly preferred or required
• 3+ years of direct clinical experience
• Active & in good standing, state issued mental health counseling license such as LPC, LCSW, LMHC etc. required.
•Experience evaluating and adopting software in the higher education environment
•Experience presenting on-campus to senior stakeholders and in national and/or regional settings
•Past consulting, sales, sales support, marketing, training, or customer service experience is a plus
•Ability to travel ~2 trips per month, ~5 nights per month.
•Home-based in region
