The role:
The Assistant Director of Campus Relations is responsible for new business development leading to the expansion of BetterMynd member campuses within a given territory. In this sales role, you will be responsible for selling BetterMynd products and services into the Higher Education market. You will generate interest, create and qualify opportunities, schedule meetings, facilitate presentations and product demonstrations via the web and on-campus, and close new business in accordance with annual and quarterly performance targets. You will also stay on the account as the “account manager” and maintain the relationship through onboarding and, ultimately, renewal. This is an ideal position for a dedicated, hard-working, and independently motivated individual who enjoys learning in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Location: Remote (Buffalo, NY headquarters)
Compensation: $95,000-$125,000 OTE (base salary + commission), full health benefits, 401k, and equity considerations.
